Hello!
My name is Autumn! I was born and raised in Hartford, Wisconsin. I have a certificate in Health and Wellness, so I’m kind of a natural freak when it comes to certain things!
I am married to my high school sweetheart. After high school my husband joined the United States Navy. Shortly after getting married in 2019, we moved to sunny San Diego, CA! We stayed there until early 2023 and moved back before his last deployment. We decided to move back home by family to settle down and raise our babies where we grew up.
We moved into an old 1900’s schoolhouse with our four boys and dogs. We had our first two sons in San Diego, our third and fourth were born in Wisconsin. The amount of love we have for them is indescribable, they are the light of our life and definitely keep us on our toes.
I love me some natural remedies when it comes to my family’s health. I love to do my own nails, garden, weight lift, and going on hikes with my family. I will never say no to grabbing coffee with a someone.

Whenever I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up the answered was always the same “A Stay-at-home mom” Now that I have been that for almost 6 years, I realized that I want to help other women step into motherhood and guide them the way they desire.
Birth is so fascinating. After I had my first, I still was clueless on a lot of things related to pregnancy, labor and birth. Having a doula on my birth team for my second son was when I realized I wanted to provide and empower other women the way she did for me.
Throughout my time in motherhood, I have realized that yes, the car seat, crib and stroller are all key things to have before baby comes. However, I will argue that the most important thing is building a supportive birth team when you find out you’re expecting.
It would be my honor to advocate, support and walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey.
